Challenge

The purpose of this project was to rebrand a well-known, classic brand. 

I redesigned M&Ms, keeping their logo as recognizable and similar as possible, yet we can still see a change in weight and a major change in the ampersand. I wanted to create a fun sense of illusion, bringing in negative space, that still clearly shows all the characters.

With subtle changes to the logo design, allowing the brand to still be recognizable to the consumers, I wanted a whole new exciting look for the overall brand and packaging design. The new packaging features a resealable top so that it is reusable.

This is a more bold, sleek, minimalistic design that is assured to catch the attention of many, while still incorporating the bright colors that we know and love.
