We need something that is preventive and to help ease the fear and stress that women feel daily. The goal is to create an app that is a discreet way of getting out of a dangerous or uncomfortable situation to help keep people safe.
Solution
Guardian is a mobile app made to reduce stress and anxiety and fosters a greater sense of personal safety for users.
It provides access to information and resources, GPS tracking, live streaming, an emergency alarm, a way to make fake calls or texts, as well as a discreet way of getting out of a dangerous or uncomfortable situation to help keep people safe.
